PART 2: On the back of the worksheet, complete the following: 

For each of the 7 recommendation articles that discuss influences on healthy eating, 

a) Identify what things you (and/or your family) do NOW to try and have healthy eating habits. Give examples. 

b)  What are somethings you are willing to do more of to encourage healthy? Give 2 or more examples. 

Each of the 7 sections should have both of the above questions answered.
